Dr. J.R. Moses is the CEO and Managing Director of Hubert Enviro Care Systems (HECS), a leading environmental management company in India. He established Enviro Care Systems in 1997. Dr. Moses's extensive experience of over two decades in the environmental management field, coupled with his work at prominent companies like SPIC, CPCL, DuPont India, and Hyundai Heavy Industries, has significantly contributed to his leadership in the industry.  

Dr. Moses's educational background includes attending the International Visitors Program, a scholarship by the US Government on sustainable development apart from a Chemical Engineering degree from REC Durgapur. This experience highlighted the gap between global and Indian standards of environmental management, motivating him to start his own company to bridge this gap.  

HECS has grown under his leadership to become a comprehensive provider of environmental solutions, including laboratory services, turnkey projects, consultancy services, and operations and maintenance. The company has also been recognized for its innovation, receiving the 'Best Water Company' award in the 'Make In India' category in 2023
